NUMBER 2: FETA TART with walnut pastry
This was described by a friend of one of A Cook’s Plot’s regular readers as ‘the best savoury tart I’ve ever tasted’ – need I say more! The rosemary and walnut pastry is really yummy and lends itself to all sorts of other tarts and quiches too – it’s even used for the sweet Fig Tarts that I’ve got as the main photo on the blog’s home page.
